TMLL Rosters Are Now Posted!
Saturday, April 28, 2012
Our 2012 Toronto Masters Lacrosse rosters are now posted. Each player should have received an email regarding their team draft and insurance information. Please read the attached insurance policy and look over the waiver before signing it on Thursday. Each player must have their TMLL Registration form signed and fees paid before signing the insurance waiver and game play.
A special thanks to Edgar for coordinating another great Draft Night, even when we had to change venues to Kornerstones at the last minute!
We begin May 3rd, so please plan to come earlier than usual to sign your waiver and pick up your team shirt.

2012 Toronto Masters Lacrosse Draft Night
Monday, April 9, 2012
The 2012 TMLL Draft Night will be held at Boston Pizza (Warden & Eglinton), on Thursday, April 26, 7:30pm. You are invited to join us! Please RSVP myself so that we can accommodate a larger group.
We still have a few player openings for the TMLL!
Our season begins Thursday, May 3rd at 8pm and 9pm and will run for 15 weeks of the best Masters Lacrosse in Toronto! We are now officially part of Ontario Masters Lacrosse (OntarioMastersLacrosse.com) but will still continue using two OLA carded referees for every game this season.
Spaces will be limited to 4 teams and approximately 13 players per bench to allow you more time on the floor.
Captain Adam McKay, will defend his team’s Championship Title against Captains Chris Tighe, Steve Hogan, and Edgar Grzinic who will once again lead their teams to the playoffs in August and determine the 2012 Champion Team.
Our goalies for 2012 will include the skills of Watson, Christen, McGaffey, Curnow, O'Reilly and the lovable Commissioner himself.
If you are looking to add another game to your weekly lacrosse schedule, please let me know and get your registration in as soon as possible! If you’re looking for even more lacrosse, send me an email and I’ll direct you to a Lax Club near you.
Don't forget that we are not for profit. All our organizers volunteer their time and each do their part and make efforts to ensure another successful year for the Toronto Masters Lacrosse League!

TMLL Sponsors for 2012
Sunday, April 8, 2012
A special thanks to Mark Fryer, Loopstra Nixon LLP for his Sponsorhsip Donation this year! Mark is one of several Legal Eagles who play in our league and has generously added extra funds to his 2012 TMLL Registration Fee this year. These monies will be utilized to purchase extra prizes for the Toronto Masters League and Captain Awards, after our final Championship Games in August.
The Toronto Masters Lacrosse League is a non-profit lacrosse organization which provides its participants 21 years of age and older with a sport to grow on and maintain. We will be welcoming any sponsors for the 2012 TMLL Season in the form of product or funds to keep a reasonable cost for its players and associated teams. Each sponsor will receive a 2012 TMLL Team Photo, promotional advertizing on our website and a company logo branded on the sponsored team shirts. If you or the company that you work for can provide support for our league, please contact me directly at torontomasterslacrosse@gmail.com.

TMLL End of Season 2011
Friday, August 12, 2011
I would like to thank all the participants of the Toronto Masters Lacrosse League in making another successful season! This year, we have managed to budget enough money to reward 3 players from each team, selected by their respective captains, in acknowledging special contributions that they made during the season. Also a big thanks to the captains, the TMLL entourage (everyone knows who they are), Elsie, Joshua, Tim Piret, Michael Elliott, Gord Brown, and Neil Atkinson for their contribution and support. I’m hoping to budget enough money next year to expand the prizes for more recipients. Congratulations to the Highlighters Team for winning the “Ernie” Championship Cup. Yes, the Ernie is an actual Urn.
The 2011 TMLL MVP awards were given to Andrew Rohmer and Jena Blair for achieving the most points.
The Toronto Masters Lacrosse League inducted its first Hall of Famer, Bill Ross. Bill turned 70 years young on May 6 this year and is now worthy to receive the TMLL Hall of Fame status. With that privilege, he is now responsible to buy everyone in the TMLL a round of drinks before and after every game. Congratulations, Bill!
